With the COVID restrictions easing up, SMI has decided to hold a Leadership Team Building activity for all its Officers, Supervisors and Managers last March 27-29, 2022 at the Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Bataan. This type of fun outdoor activities helps teams improve their ability to work together on a variety of tasks that they can also apply in the workplace.
